The speculation about the currency notes of Rs. 200 will soon come to an end. The RBI is preparing to begin printing a new note of Rs.2200 and has given it a printing order a few weeks earlier. According to the sources, a government printing press has started printing a note of Rs.200. The plan to start the new currency of Rs. 200 is preceded by the northeast period of November-December. The purpose of which is to reduce black money in the economy. A few months back the RBI board approved the proposal of Rs. 200. The government also gave green signal to the proposal for the convenience of citizens.
According to data from the State Bank of India Research, there were 1,650 crore notes in circulation of Rs. There has been a large number of specimens due to withdrawing from such a large amount of currency system, and Satyatta is trying to fill the gap.
SBI Kanti Ghosh, chief economist at the RBI group said, "An attempt to fill some of the Rs 500 gap between Rs 500 and a large part of the rupee with the new currency of Rs.500, but the full range of old currency has not been fully recovered. The new note of Rs. 200 will help. Besides, the notice will increase the simplicity of Rs.2200 per day. ' When the government is reorganizing the currency structure in the system, small currency notes become more useful.
