The bank's checkbook will be closed from 1st Jan, Know Details ..

Since the new year is going on a few days, many changes are taking place since January 1. One of which is about change checkbook. If you are the customer of a bank, the bank has merged with State Bank of India, its old checkbook will not run on January 1, 2018.

You will not be able to access these bank checks from the first day of the new year. With whom the Indian State Bank has told consumers to get a check book of SBI in the coming days.

It is to be noted that in October, the Indian State Bank gave time to the customers of these banks till December 31 to tweet a new checkbook. Currently SBI has not made any changes to this deadline. Thus, on the first day of the new year you will not be able to use the checkbook of these banks.

With this, the customers of this bank will have to take a new checkbook in the next three-four days. This year 5 associate banks have been merged with SBI. In April 2017, State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur (SBBJ), State Bank of Hyderabad (SBH), State Bank of Mysore (SBM), State Bank of Patiala ...

Gujarat Election 2017/18 Date  Declared By News Report 

As the tenure of the current legislative assembly in Gujarat expires in December 2017, assembly elections will be held in the state again towards the end of 2017 or January, 2018. The dates will be announced officially by the Election Commission of India few months prior to it. 

In the last assembly 

elections, the BJP won convincingly while the Congress emerged the runner-up. Narendra Modi returned to power to serve a third consecutive term as chief minister of the state. After his grand victory in the 2014 parliamentary elections and subsequent elevation as the Prime Minister of India, the chief minister's post went to Anandiben Patel. She became the first female chief minister of Gujarat. However, Anandiben resigned from the post within two years purportedly due to her failure in handling the situation in the state during the Patidars and Dalit agitation. Hardik Patel, the face of the intense Patidar agitation, has since become an increasingly important political force to reckon with. The opposition Congress as well as Aam Aadmi Party are trying to rope him in to give a boost to their campaign to dethrone the BJP in Gujarat. It is worth mentioning here that the Patel community holds an important place in the state's electorate. Needless to say, losing Gujarat to Congress would be a big setback for the BJP ahead of the 2019 Lok Sabha elections which it will try to avoid at all costs. This is because Gujarat has become a BJP bastion over the years and the state also happens to be the home ground of the present prime minister of India, BJP leader Narendra Modi. Evidently, there is a lot in stake for the main contenders including the Congress, BJP and AAP, in the upcoming Gujarat Assembly elections, 2017.

There was a large array of crayons, markers, scissors, construction paper and building materials we could use to make pretty decorations to give to our parents for our homes.

GUJARAT NA BOARD ANE NIGAM NA KARMCHARIO NE 7TH PAY NO LABH AAPVANI JAHERAT.

The long wait of central government employees and pensioners for allowances is about to end as the Narendra Modi government is expected to announce a maximum HRA hike of up to 122 percent for them soon.

As per media reports, the Empowered Committee of Secretaries (E-CoS) set up to screen the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC) recommendations on allowances will place the proposal before the Cabinet Wednesday.

A high-level committee headed by the Finance Secretary, Ashok Lavasa had on April 27 submitted its report to Finance Minister Arun Jaitley.

The committee on allowances has reportedly given its view in favour of AK Mathur-led 7th Pay Commission recommendation, regarding decrease in house rent allowance (HRA) by 2-6 percent depending on type of cities.

The 7th Pay Commission headed by AK Mathur had earlier proposed the rate of House Rent Allowance (HRA) at 24 percent, 16 percent and 8 percent of the Basic Pay for Class X, Y and Z cities respectively.

The Commission had also recommended that the rate of HRA will be revised to 27 percent, 18 percent and 9 percent when DA crosses 50 percent, and further revised to 30 percent, 20 percent and 10 percent when DA crosses 100 percent.

The existing rates of HRA for Class X, Y and Z cities and towns are 30 percent, 20 percent and 10 percent of Basic pay (pay in the pay band plus grade pay)
